Customer Review: Keep it Hot
This product does exactly what it says. It keeps it hot, either Tea which I use it for or coffee. I will brew a pot of tea and remove the infuser, close the lid and it will stay hot for several hours. This is great I can pour cup after cup up to 4 and have them all hot with no need to rewarm. If I do leave it overnight which is rare I only have to heat it a very short time in the microwave. Saves energy too!

Customer Review: Fantastic
I've been using this for a couple weeks now and am very satisfied with it! Definitely follow the directions, because they help streamline everything. It keeps the food wonderfully warm or cold, depending on what I feel like putting in. My only complaint is that, despite loving the metal spork that comes with it for ease of cleaning and durability, it inevitably scratches up the bottom of the containers.
Customer Review: I Love My Ms. Bento
I have a Mr. Bento and really do like it, but it's pretty big and I don't always want that much food. The Ms. Bento is just about perfect for those days I want eat a little bit lighter. The bag is terrific and has enough extra room in there to throw in a small piece of fruit or little Tupperware containers for dressing, etc., something I can't do with the spouse. It keeps things cold or warm (not hot after a few hours, but warm's not bad) as advertised, though I tend to keep everything cold and nuke the portions I need heated as I rarely want everything hot, and putting the salad in the same jar with the piping hot soup is not a great idea. If you have a big appetite, this is probably not the Bento you need, but if you don't, this is perfect.
